Breast cancer patient 

45 years of age and over

 

Check the high risk factors

Invasive lobular carcinoma that increase the risk of recurrence in other quadrants

OR

ER negative

OR

Tumour present in multiple axillary lymph nodes

OR

The patient had neo-adjuvant therapy aimed at shrinking the tumour
